I forward herewith the agreement, which you
are required to sign in respect of your appointment as
Additional Surgeon in the Colony of Hongkong.
You must sign the agreement over a 6d. Postage
and Revenue Staup in the place indicated in Pencil, and
your signature must be attested by a witness who must
state his, or her, address and occupation in the space
opposite to your signature.
As soon as the agreement has been duly KKR
executed, it should be re turned to us, when a passage wil
be procured for you by the SS*Glenlvon" sailing the 8th.
day of June from London.
